Pretty sure it was a scam call, and the voice sounded kinda gay.

Didn't recognise the number and they didn't leave any voicemail, so I'm thinking it might've been some sort of scam or a cold call.

Some bloke rang me claiming to be from O2, said he could sort me out with 35% off my bill. Then he wanted to send me a couple of emails, one with a “security code” he said I needed to give back to him. Didn’t feel right at all, especially when I asked what plan I was on and he couldn’t tell me a thing. Pretty sure it was a scam.

Got a call on my mobile from a number with a Helmsley, Yorkshire area code. I don’t have any contacts in that area. I chose not to pick up and there was no voicemail left either.

I was on a Teams meeting when they rang, so couldn’t get to the phone. They didn’t leave any voicemail or message either.
