Got a call from someone claiming to be Adrian from O2, said he could give me a 40% discount on my phone bill. The guy sounded like he was from Pakistan or somewhere similar. The weird bit is, O2 just raised my bill by 17%, so this didn’t add up at all. Told him to call back tomorrow, but I’ll be telling him to shove it then.

Gave my mobile a ring, it chimed twice before cutting off.

Got a call saying I owed a tax refund from HMRC with a link to click to claim it. Problem is, I don’t even pay tax at all! Totally a scam, watch out everyone.
