Got a call today from a number with a Liverpool dialling code, pretty sure it was scammers again. Bet they’ll ring from Bolton next, just a matter of time.

Been gettin calls from numbers ending in 4556 and some others. Looks like it’s the same lot of scammers, so I just blocked em.

Got a call from a scammer claiming to be from my broadband provider, but I lied about my bank info the whole time. They were so desperate, kept blowing up my phone like some annoying pests, probably thinking I was an easy target. Classic scammer nonsense from those lowlifes.

Sounds like a dodgy call, with folks pretending to be from Currys PC World.

It appears there’s quite a dodgy operation concerning O2 at the moment. They’ll masquerade as representatives from 3mobile, offering enticing deals on phones and SIM cards. Don’t be fooled! They’ll ask for your bank information and before you know it, you might find yourself stuck with one or two contracts for phones that you never ordered. They often vanish after sending you an O2 SIM card along with a fake phone disguised in a delivery package. Exercise caution, my friends! They might even start messaging you on WhatsApp, requesting you to return the incorrect parcel to a personal address in Manchester or some other location, claiming it was sent by mistake. They’ll promise to send the right item, but it’s just a ploy to disappear with your money. Stay alert!

Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, but they didn’t leave any voicemail. I looked it up here and it seems like it’s likely a bank fraud attempt.

Beware of these con artists! They rang me too, claiming to be representatives from O2. They lured me in with a seemingly generous offer of a 30% reduction on my plan. It didn't take long for me to realise it was a cunning ploy to extract my personal details...

Picked up, no reply and then they just ended the call.

I received a rather peculiar voicemail where there was nothing but a jumble of voices chattering away in what sounded like a foreign tongue. The background was quite lively with what appeared to be multiple Asian individuals conversing, but I couldn't make heads or tails of the language. Quite baffling, to say the least!

Claims to be from Vodafone, but when probed for details, they can't provide any proof of authenticity. They hang up as soon as you press them. Definitely a con artist, so best to disregard or have a bit of fun with them.

After a rather extended wait on the line, I received a call from someone purporting to be “John from Vodafone.” However, I couldn’t help but notice he had a pronounced Indian accent. The call soon ended rather abruptly.

I've started receiving calls from this number along with two others. It’s the same individual every time, rambling on about some phone deal and asking if I remember them. Honestly, just ignore it!

Rang me up and promptly cut the line as soon as I picked up. It had all the hallmarks of a call centre vibe, if you ask me.

I didn’t pick up the phone, my caller ID showed it might be a scam. So when I searched the number, sure enough, it was a scam.

Some bloke rang saying he was with Currys PC World about a phone deal, asked what phone I had. I told him I was tied to a contract, thanked him for calling, then ended the call and blocked the number. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t really Currys PC World, sounded like a scam trying to get my bank info for a new contract - do Currys even do mobiles anyway?

Got a call from what said it was Car Phone Warehouse. This came like an hour after a different call from a mobile number pretending to be Three. WATCH OUT, I’m not sure if this is a legit cold call, which is against UK rules anyway.

I've been inundated with nuisance calls from chaps based in Asia ever since I responded to a job ad on Facebook. They seem exceedingly interested in prying into my personal information. I strongly advise against engaging with them or revealing any particulars.
