Got an email from these people claiming they got my CV from Read. Bit odd since I’d only just made my Read Jobs profile less than a day before. They wanted to set up a Zoom interview, which I never agreed to, thankfully, because then I found this site. Looked them up but couldn’t find any business called “Visionary Vantage Marketing” anywhere. Had a chat with a woman on the phone, then blocked both the number and email as soon as it clicked this was a scam. Proper glad I didn’t go any further, who knows what might’ve happened. Watch out, folks.

Got a call yesterday afternoon outta the blue and they set up a Zoom interview for later that same day. It felt super rushed and I didn’t really get a chance to look into the company (to be honest, I don’t even remember applying there). We had a quick 10 minute chat, and they mentioned their usual work hours are 11am to 8pm. They said they'd schedule another interview this morning, but of course, nothing happened. Just now, I looked up the number and found out it’s a scam! Now I’m kinda stressed about what info they got from me, like my voice and phone number.

I got a call about a job opportunity but when I tried to ask about the company or what role it was, they were pretty vague and wouldn’t give me straight answers. They wanted me to join a Zoom interview on Sunday at 8pm based on when I was free. The whole thing felt unprofessional and sketchy. Definitely looks like a scam to me.

This number rang me three times throughout the day, so I looked it up and chose to ignore it. I've also been applying for jobs lately and got an email from m&r solutions not long ago.

SCAM ALERT!! They keep ringing me up, said they got my CV straight from Indeed. I’ve been sending out loads of applications recently so didn’t think twice. The guy claimed their firm was called M&R Solutions - guess that’s their new name. Wanted to do a quick 10-minute Zoom chat “to get to know me better.” The chat was short, and when I asked about job openings, he was pretty vague. Mentioned they’re based on Call Lane in Leeds, so I tried searching online for ages but found nothing about them. That’s when I ended up on this site and it hit me - total scam. I joined another Zoom session, this time without signing in, there were like 20 people and just one guy running it. When I introduced myself, I told them it was a scam since the company doesn’t appear on Google and the phone number is fake. The bloke just said “good luck with your future” and kicked me out immediately. Still got an email from them asking what made me think it’s a scam but I’m ignoring it. So yeah, watch out for this M&R Solutions on Call Lane - they’re not legit! Stay safe, everyone!!

Got a call from someone saying they were hiring for Limitless Promotions, but I couldn’t find any info about that company anywhere. Seems like it’s fake.

Folks, I urge you to steer clear of this scam! It’s vital not to share any of your personal information, as they aren’t actually located in Birmingham. A quick search will reveal they lack a legitimate business presence-it's all a front. Stay alert and protect yourself!

I got an email from a company in Liverpool saying they’d received my CV and wanted to have a zoom chat to learn more about me. The next day, I noticed a missed call from this number but I didn’t pick up 'cause I didn’t know who it was. Later I found out it was probably the same company from the email, but they didn’t leave any voicemail, which seemed odd if they were genuinely interested in me for a job. After seeing the feedback here, it’s obvious this is some kind of scam.

I recently received an email from a firm in Liverpool indicating they had received my CV and wished to set up a Zoom call to chat further, which struck me as rather odd. The next day, a call came through from that number, but I chose not to pick up as I didn't recognise it. It appears to be linked to the same company from the email, yet they didn’t leave a voicemail, which you would anticipate if they were genuinely keen on discussing a job opportunity. After going through various comments both here and elsewhere, it’s evident that this whole situation screams scam.

I got a message in my inbox from a firm down in Liverpool saying they’d got hold of my CV and wanted to set up a Zoom meeting to chat more. Next day, I got a call from this number but I didn’t pick up coz I didn’t know who it was. Later I found out it was from the same company that sent the email. Strangely, they left no voicemail, which you’d think they would if they were genuinely keen on offering a job. After reading what others said here, it looks like it’s a dodgy scam.

This morning around 10:55, I got a call from a guy who said he had seen my CV and wanted to set up a Zoom interview. He told me he’d send a link for the interview and asked if 5:15pm would work for me. Then he asked where I’m based and for my email address. I told him the time was fine but questioned why he needed my details if he already had my CV. He said those details had been taken out before he received it. When I asked for his company name, he vaguely said something like "DJ..." but couldn’t be more specific. Despite my doubts, I ended up giving him my email and town. I immediately regretted it. I tried calling back a few times; the first two attempts went unanswered. On the third try, a woman picked up. I asked to speak to the guy I'd talked to earlier, she said yes, then abruptly hung up.

I received a call from this number, where a woman mentioned that my CV had been sent along to her company and that their manager was keen on interviewing me. This seemed entirely plausible, as I had recently submitted my CV to a recruitment agency and I live in the Liverpool region. The following day, I received a text message from the caller inviting me to a Zoom meeting. However, the company name in the message turned out to be one that ceased operations back in 2020, and to top it off, the Zoom link was connected to a US address. I promptly deleted the text, as it was clearly a scam meant to install harmful software on my device.

Received a text earlier containing a dodgy link that looks like a phishing attempt.

Got a call from this number, a woman said her firm had my CV and the boss wanted to have a chat with me. Seemed believable since I’d sent my CV to a recruitment agency and I’m based near Liverpool. Next day, I received a text with an invite to a Zoom meeting - but the company mentioned in the message was actually shut down back in 2020, and the link was for a US-based Zoom. I just deleted the message straight away, figured it was some dodgy scam trying to install malware on my phone.

I attempted to return the call to this number, but all I got was a voicemail belonging to a chap named Mathew Carter. I’ve absolutely no clue who he might be.
