Had a ring earlier from someone asking if I was the owner of a business. Honestly, couldn’t see any clear reason why I’d be interested in what they were offering.

Had a call from a lady with an Indian accent claiming to be from Microsoft. She wanted to know if I was the primary user of my computer. I told her I don’t own any computer. Then she asked if I had a laptop, an iPad, or even a smartphone. I said no to all of them, and then she just disconnected. Pretty clear that was a scam.

Got a call from this number and missed it, so I rang back only to get some automated message that didn’t say who it was. I ended the call pretty quickly. Then, they called me again almost immediately and asked if they could talk to ‘Mark’ - which seemed odd because normally a proper business would say something like ‘Mr Smith’. Plus, I’ve kept this phone number for more than a decade! Honestly, no clue who was calling.
