I got a recorded message claiming it was from BT about some internet issue we supposedly have. Thing is, everything’s working fine here. Plus, BT already has my mobile number and email, so I’d expect them to reach out through those instead. Whenever there’s ever been a real problem, I’ve been the one who’s called them, not the other way around.
