Some bloke called about insulating foam, just a sales pitch. Didn’t bother picking up, blocked the number straight away.

I've been getting loads of calls from 0151 394 5800 and about 15 others with similar endings, like anywhere from 5700 up to 5800. I just block them all now. They always just hang up or switch to voicemail but weirdly never leave a message. Best advice, don’t pick up or ring back.

Got a bunch of calls from different 0151 394 numbers, all supposedly a "human" on the line, but sounded like a robocall to me. I challenged them to tell me what day it was to prove they were real.

I've had a call from 0151 3945 800 three times today about some foam loft thing. They keep pestering me, asking what's up in my loft - really annoying!

So I got a call from this number at 5:08 pm today. Normally I don’t pick up calls from numbers I don’t recognise until I’ve looked them up first. Cheers to everyone who left info, I’ve blocked them now.

Got a call at around 1 in the afternoon on Friday the 23rd of August, 2024. The person was talking about spray foam for lofts... pretty clear it was an AI robocall. The number showing up was 01513945800. When I asked where they were calling from, they said Philippines.

About 3 in the afternoon daily, I get calls from six different numbers starting with 0151 3… It’s really getting on my nerves having to put up with the same annoying calls nonstop. They’re always about foam insulation, which is bizarre. Feels like these might be automated calls. Just keep blocking them one after another.

I've had three calls from this number today alone, not to mention the numerous ones in the past. Each time I pick up, there's just silence, and the caller promptly disconnects. We've decided not to answer this number anymore.

I keep getting calls from a company claiming to do spray foam removal, and it's absolutely infuriating! They ring me over and over, and occasionally there's just silence when I check my voicemail. So frustrating!

Ugh, these scammers are relentless! It's always the same number but with slight changes in the digits. I've ended up blocking around 10 different variations already. Proper annoying! 🥵

It seems like they’re involved in renovations or home enhancements. There was quite a lag before the call connected, and the caller had a noticeable Indian accent.

Got loads of calls in the last week from numbers that looked almost the same, just the last few digits changed. I never picked up because I didn’t know the numbers and they never left a voicemail. Looks like they’re from Liverpool area code, but I reckon it’s just some dodgy overseas call centre using VOIP. From what I’ve seen in other comments, it looks like a scam about spray foam insulation. These calls are really annoying and the TPS doesn’t seem to do a thing to block them.

Had about four calls today from numbers starting 01513. I let the answerphone grab it and all I got in the 'message' was loads of background noise and people chatting in accents that definitely weren't English. Seems like some overseas call centre using VOIP tech. This 01513 code began bugging me since late July, and I get at least a couple calls every week. Today's lot just really show how annoying these calls are. I'm ex-directory and signed up with the TPS, but it makes no difference. When will they actually sort out these scam calls for good?

I've received a barrage of four calls this afternoon from numbers beginning with 01513. I let my voicemail take the call, and what was recorded? Just a cacophony of noise and a group of folks chattering away, clearly not using English - sounded very much like a foreign call centre, likely utilising VOIP technology. These annoying calls have been plaguing me since the 26th of July, with at least two sneaking in each week. Today’s incidents really highlight the sheer frustration these callers bring. I'm ex-directory and registered with the TPS, but honestly, what difference does it make? When are we going to see some action taken against these pesky scam calls?

Had a call yesterday from a number very much like mine, just the last three digits different - (773). Definitely seems like one of those foam cons.

Got a call from a number I didn’t know, the woman said it’d be a quick chat. I wasn’t having it, shouted back asking how they even got my number and told them to stop bothering me!

Absolute rubbish about loft spray foam, it’s just nonsense if you ask me.
