Got a letter through the door in Formby that looked like it was written by hand, but when I looked proper, it was just printed. They was offering to buy my house for cash. Honestly, seemed really dodgy to me. I'd steer clear if I were you.

Like others have said, I recieved a letter too. I called the number back and left a voicemail, didnt share any personal info, just said I’m not the owner of that place.

Just like some of you, i got a letter about my property too. didnt bother with it and chucked it in the bin.

This number keeps popping up, always showing as local but the letter I got was actually sent from Yorkshire. I’m not interested in selling anything but figured I’d look into who’s calling. Pretty obvious it’s some kind of scam.

Today I recieved a letter that looked like it was handwriten but I reckon it was printed, saying someone wanted to buy my house with cash ready. It had a name and a phone number on it, so I called the number, which seemed to be from Liverpool. When I got through, the person kept repeating her name and kept saying the line was noisy and asked if I could hear her. Honestly, it sounded like some dodgy recording. Watch out, this feels like a scam to me.
