Honestly, the level of rudeness is astounding. They barely engage when they do pick up, and it’s quite evident that they don’t regard their callers with any respect. They claim that “your call is important to us,” yet they can’t even be bothered to respond properly. It's incredibly frustrating, and I can’t help but feel really irritated with their lack of professionalism!

She kept addressing me as 'sir' and the like until I started to question the authenticity of the call. Suddenly, her tone shifted, and she said, “I’ll just take your name off our list, darling.” Do they really believe we’re that gullible? I can assure you, we’re not.
