She was fishing for my all-inclusive booking confirmation, claiming that ATOL was handing out blanket refunds for reasons she was rather vague about. Sounds like a classic scam to me! I've no clue how they got my number, and there’s absolutely no mention of any such thing on the ATOL website. Turns out, this TAB appears to be a small operation based in Liverpool, supposedly acting on behalf of the Ministry of Justice.
