I've received two calls from this number today. Typically, I prefer to let my phone ring out, thinking it might be someone important who'll leave a message. However, on both occasions, the caller hung up after only about six rings. It appears to have a Liverpool area code, which makes me suspect it’s just a pesky Scouser causing a bother!

Those pesky cold callers are a real plague! Honestly, it’s high time the government took some serious action-perhaps a new law should be introduced that would put the managers or directors of these companies behind bars. They specifically prey on the most vulnerable in our society, including the elderly, which is absolutely infuriating! 😡😡

Got a call about an accident that supposedly happened, but we haven’t had any at all.

Got a call from AC Services about a recent car crash. As soon as I told them it wasn’t me, they started asking if anyone else in my house was involved! They had my name to start with, so I'm pretty sure this is some kind of scam. I work in a hectic hospital department and they rang my personal work line, which I never share with companies. The only thing I can think of is I gave my work number when renewing my car insurance recently - that must be how they found out. Honestly, I’m really annoyed they’re using my details like this.

Someone rang me saying I was involved in a "recent accident" or something like that. Didn’t sound right, so I just blocked the number.

I tend to avoid picking up the phone when it’s an unfamiliar number, so I haven't a clue about who might have been on the other end. That said, I’m quite convinced it was some sort of bothersome call, given that I don’t have any acquaintances in Liverpool.
