I recently endured one of the most unpleasant cold calls I've ever experienced. They claimed I’d had an accident in the past two years, even though that’s completely untrue. Curious about their sources, I asked where they were getting this information, and the hostility in their response was simply shocking. I had to take time out of my day, not to mention spend my own cash, to ring them back and insist they remove me from their list. It’s outrageous! Someone really ought to look into this lot-they’re utterly infuriating!

I've never had such a pushy cold call before - they claimed I was in an accident in the past two years, which is completely untrue! When I asked how they got that info and requested to be taken off their calling list, they were shockingly rude and hostile. I ended up having to spend my own time and money ringing them to make sure they actually deleted my details. Honestly, this lot should be looked into properly.
