0151 375 8531 - rang me from a firm named Direct Response. Somehow they had my full name! They called yesterday and left quite a lengthy message, with a female chatting to a mate for a bit, which made me chuckle. They called again today and the lady who answered was very courteous. I mentioned the voicemail and she apologised, saying it wasn’t her. I said no worries but asked if she could remove me from their list and maybe tell her team that leaving messages like that on auto dialler might end up just on voicemail!

These guys keep ringing me on both my home and mobile numbers, calling me by my name and saying they need to tell me about a car crash I supposedly had. Problem is, I've never been in any car accident at all. How they got my name is a complete mystery. They have different people with all kinds of accents, and they sound really official, but it just feels fishy to me. I’m pretty sure this is some kind of scam, so best steer clear and report them if you get one of these calls.
