I gave that number a bell and was met by an operator who asked me to hang on for someone else, but the voice on the other end was clearly American. After hanging about for nearly five minutes, I decided enough was enough and hung up. What a farce! It’s definitely a scam. Do yourselves a favour and steer clear of this number!

On the 23rd of October 2016, my phone rang with this number flashing up. Curiously, when I picked up, they disconnected right away. I tried ringing back, and was met with a recorded message insisting my call was of utmost importance. It certainly had the markings of a dodgy scam, so I promptly ended the call!
