A classic case of Scouse spammers! Whatever you do, steer clear of ringing these numpties back, and certainly don’t engage with anyone unfamiliar. I've taken it upon myself to ensure that my dear old mum knows the ropes when faced with these pesky cold callers! Those behind this nonsense are surely due for a dose of karma coming their way. I was taken aback when I got a call from this number, insisting that I’d been involved in a recent car accident. To say this is utter nonsense is an understatement-I’ve actually been in hospital for the past week, welcoming my little one into the world and recovering from some quite critical procedures. Receiving such a call at this delicate time felt remarkably thoughtless and added a layer of stress I certainly didn’t need. This sort of intrusive communication is thoroughly inappropriate. I had an encounter with Rk Legal that left me rather taken aback. When I requested them to take me off their call list and cease contacting me, the lady on the other end became quite defensive and insisted that she was obliged to reach out. However, the moment I mentioned that I had already secured personal injury representation, her tone shifted dramatically. She expressed relief, stating, "I'm happy to hear it’s all going well," and showed no further interest in the matter. I recently answered a call from this number and a woman with what sounded like a Scouse accent informed me she was contacting me regarding an 'accident' I had supposedly been involved in. The moment I sensed it was likely a scam, I feigned confusion and insisted I couldn't quite catch what she was saying. Even after several attempts to clarify, I simply replied, 'I’m afraid I still don’t understand you.' At that point, she declared, 'I'll ring back another time,' to which I thought, good luck with that one! It’s rather baffling how these individuals don't seem to grasp that the art of scamming has been perfected by far sharper minds elsewhere, particularly in places like Kenya!

I had a rather unpleasant experience with a call from this number at 11:18 on the 3rd of December, 2015. The person on the line started with, "Good day, sir, I'm calling regarding a non-direct collision-am I correct?" I responded with, "How about you confirm if that's accurate?" to which the woman snapped back, "It's merely a straightforward question, no need to be rude," and promptly disconnected the call. Somebody had apparently reported a small car accident and this woman rang asking if it was me she wanted to speak to. I told her no way, as nothing like that even happened. I told her to stop calling or I'd block her, and I did just that!

I've been receiving a multitude of calls from this number, and on the rare occasion that I do pick up, it turns out to be some sort of PPI nonsense. When I inquired about how they managed to obtain my number despite being registered with the TPS, the caller had the audacity to interrogate me further! I received a rather strange phone call from a company that mentioned DriveSafe or something similar. The woman on the line claimed she was reaching out because someone had reported a little fender bender, and apparently, I was the person she was trying to contact. Picked up the phone since it had a local dialling code and had also rung me earlier today. There was utter silence on the line, and then the call just cut off. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Received a missed call earlier and decided to return it. The person who picked up greeted me with "Hello, follow up." I was quite baffled, so I asked her who she was. She then claimed she was calling about a recent accident I’d supposedly had. I promptly clarified that I hadn’t been in any accident and requested to be taken off their list. She assured me she would. Yet, thirty minutes later, my phone rang again from the same number. I chose not to pick up this time. Each time, I make it clear that Mark Smith has never had this phone number, and I kindly request that they take it off their list. - The person on the other end wouldn't disclose who they were.

I decided to ring back and all I got was some weird music then a voice telling me to hold on. It felt a bit dodgy so I ended up cutting the call and blocking the number straight away!

Received an unsolicited call that turned out to be a scam. Initially, I assumed it was a legitimate call given the Merseyside area code. I've now saved the number as ‘SCAM’ in my contacts and strongly recommend others do the same or just block it altogether. The caller had an American accent, which seemed quite suspicious as well!

Absolutely dreadful experience! The so-called 'agent' claimed to be from a company called 'Swift' and proceeded to address some fictitious car accident involving me - which is utterly untrue. I clearly asked them to take my details off their list, but they simply hung up on me. When I tried to call back, they cut the line twice without uttering a single word. I persevered and was kept on hold only for them to end the call abruptly. I've made up my mind to report this lot. It's both rude and intrusive behaviour.
