Today, I received a call from Liam, who claimed to be representing a pension firm. He addressed me by my first name before delving into his pre-prepared pitch about pension advice. This is not my first encounter with such a call, and I'd previously requested to be removed from their list since I’m already on the Telephone Preference Service. When I brought that up, he abruptly ended our conversation. Just cheeky!
