I received a call from someone in Liverpool, but she had quite a thick foreign accent. She was really pushing me to switch my phone provider, claiming she could get me a better deal. Despite me explaining that I'd just committed to a different provider and was tied into a contract, she wouldn’t take no for an answer. She introduced herself as Angela Mayer. Quite the relentless one, wasn't she?
