This 0151 375 2191 keeps ringing me non stop. I tried ringing them back, put 141 on the front to block caller ID, and it turned out to be a firm called Harringtons Advisory. Looks like they’re some sort of claims PI outfit with an office in Bolton, but using a Liverpool number as well. Honestly, it’s a bit annoying getting calls from them all the time.
