Nowadays, when they call, I answer as Ann from Little Britain. If they're gonna mess about with me, I'm gonna have a bit of fun in return.

Got a call from someone called 'National Claims Management' who said they knew about a crash I had not long ago. Thing is, they couldn’t actually give me any details and wanted me to verify stuff so they could chase a claim. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

07/08/2019 Picked up the phone but no one said a word. I reckon it’s one of those auto dialler setups where their system rings a bunch of numbers after an operator ends a call. The first person that picks up and actually talks to a real person gets connected, while the rest just get dropped and called again later. ### Just block it ###.
