9 yearsI had a rather dodgy encounter with an Indian chap claiming to be from Windows support. He started by saying other IP addresses were somehow accessing my computer, which raised a red flag. He had my name and address, and even provided me with his number. When I asked him about my operating system, he got it wrong but then insisted that I must have upgraded recently, which was absolute nonsense. At that point, I decided to end the call.
