It’s downright bizarre - she even starts laughing at me before I end the call. I've tried reaching out to several different numbers linked to this one via Google, but every time I ring them, I’m met with some automated Verizon message about location services. Is this just a ruse?

Got a call from a young woman enquiring about a certain project, wanting info on the client and the staff member that did the report. She refused to share any of her personal info and then abruptly ended the call.

I received a call at our front desk from a rather impolite young woman wanting to discuss a project I wasn’t even aware of. She got quite annoyed when I said I didn’t know anything about it, and when I asked for a contact’s name, she gave someone who doesn't actually work here. I suggested she call a different number to reach the right person, and before I could ask her name, she just hung up abruptly. Honestly, I wouldn’t waste your time with their firm.

I encountered an exceptionally impolite young woman during a phone call today. She abruptly hung up on me before I even had the chance to ask for her name, all because she was adamant about speaking to a particular individual associated with our organisation - someone who, I must clarify, doesn't actually work here. Her stubbornness was quite something!

They’re from Barbour ABI, which is a company dealing with Construction Industry insights. It’s pretty usual for them to just enquire straight up about who’s been awarded which contract for their records. They’re not one of those annoying firms, and if you let them know when’s a good time to ring back, they’re generally quite good about it.
