Over the past four days, this number has phoned me half a dozen times. When it rings, it just buzzes for a few seconds and then cuts off, but my line doesn't drop. Instead, I get that BT message saying, "Please hang up and try again." The only way to end the call is to unplug the phone and wait about ten minutes. If I’m out, I get home to find my phone making this awful noise! I have to pull the plug to stop it. My neighbour even thought my house alarm was going off. As usual, BT couldn't care less. Their brilliant "solution" was for me to call the number back... yeah, like I'd do that. Typical rubbish from them.
