I asked what exactly they were selling but the caller just kept going on like they were reading a script. I asked a few times and all she did was ask if my house was made of brick or not. When I wanted to know why she wasn’t answering me, she said I hadn’t answered her question, then told me to f### off and hung up. Lovely experience.

Just to add on what I said before about Courtnay ringing me and then hanging up as soon as I told them I was on the TPS. I went straight online to the TPS site and filled out a complaint form. They got back to me by email saying they've reached out to the company about the call. The firm now has 14 days to reply to the TPS. I’d suggest anyone signed up to the TPS should also report any calls from these sorts of call centres.

Got a call this morning from someone saying she was Courtney with Home Eco Services. Told her straight away I’m on the TPS and want my number taken off their list as I don’t do marketing or sales calls. She just hung up on me.
