It was probably one of those call centres from India. I kept trying to say “hello” but all she did was repeat “hello” over and over again. It felt really dodgy, so after a while I just ended the call.

Got a call from someone pretending to be from Openreach, said they were with BT. They told me there’s some issue with my internet being public, not private or something like that, sounded dodgy to me.
