I got a call from 0151 339 6946 about some supposed unexpected charge on my card for train tickets, but it was a recorded voice. Since this is a business number, I thought it was a bit dodgy! Just to see what would happen, I pressed option 2 to cancel and have a chat with someone. When the person finally came on and asked how they could help, I replied, "You tell me, you’re the one who called me." Then, guess what? They just hung up straight away!
