I received a call that claimed to be from BT, alerting me to possible security issues with my broadband connection. The person on the line had a foreign accent - though that doesn't mean it wasn't legitimate, I mention it just to provide context. There was a lot of background noise typical of a call centre, too. When they asked, “Do you understand?” I decided it was best to terminate the call.
