Got a call from someone claiming to be Virgin Media tech support, telling me to download remote access software on my phone. Told me not to fall for it - no way I’m letting strangers into my device, probably trying to nick bank info or something dodgy. Even tho the number showed a Liverpool code, I’m pretty sure it’s just scammers from India or Pakistan running the whole thing. Stay safe everyone!
