I got a call from this number but didn't pick up. Later, I got a message from a robotic voice telling me to ring back on 01615951348. I couldn’t figure out who they claimed to be though. Seems a bit dodgy they’re using a different number than the one that called me. I’ve gone ahead and blocked it and reported it just in case.

I’m 68 and get loads of these scam calls. If I don’t recognise the number, I just ignore it and then check here to see who they are. It’s always the same thing - just awful people trying to cheat you. Honestly, it’s so frustrating!

Got a call from some bloke in a call centre, sounded like he was from Asia. He messed up my name right away, and when I called him out on it, he starts on about bitcoin. I just told him to take his bitcoin and shove it.

Got a call claiming I was being accused of tax evasion and they threatened to prosecute me. Really nasty experience, honestly think the Police should look into this and put an end to it.
