They took my money and my debtor info but never kept me updated like they said they would. I’ve emailed them loads, but they just ignore me. Their so-called London office is just a phone answering service - every time I ring, there's "no one available," and I'm told someone will call me back, but it never happens. This mess has been going on since July last year. Avoid them at all costs, and take a look at the other reviews here - anything positive might be from them trying to cover it up. Has anyone heard if the fraud squad, VAT fraud team or trading standards are onto them? If so, please share here so these scammers don’t keep taking people’s cash and wasting time. Their website looks all fancy but there’s no real address or contact number, just a phone line answered by different women, so they’re clearly not even based in London. I dealt with people called M.
