I was having a subdued conversation when suddenly, the Scouser started yelling at me. I wasn't keen on that, so I rang her back to express that I wasn’t impressed and to insist that she shouldn’t raise her voice in future. She retaliated with more shouting, then abruptly hung up and blocked me. Honestly, what a total farce-such a pointless experience!
