11 yearsI got a call from someone pretending to be a loan service, but then they began saying really offensive and vile stuff to me over the phone. It was absolutely vile and left me feeling quite disturbed!11 yearsGot a call from this number and it was just one of those Quick Quid scams, so best just block it and don’t bother answering if they ring you.11 yearsThese guys first said they were a loan company, then switched to claiming they dealt with accident claims and insurance. I looked them up online and found loads of bad stuff about this number. They tricked my dad into handing over £65, promising a £1000 loan, then asked for another £180 - altogether £245 he paid. After that, they just hung up and ignored his calls. When my dad tried ringing back, they kept cutting the line. Never got the loan. They also pretended to be calling from an office, but I know that’s a lie because one of the lads actually put his wife on the phone from their home. It was just those two talking to my dad before disappearing after the money was taken. This all happened at 9am UK time on the 7th of August. DON’T FALL FOR THIS, THEY’RE DEFINITELY SCAMMERS.
