This company keeps ringing me over and over. I told them to take me off their list but they just keep using different numbers, which I’ve had to block. The caller got pretty pushy, even saying that if I didn’t give them info, someone else would be put on to call me next. Apparently, they got my number from a car repair service or some insurance rental firm.

Got a call from some direct response folks, said they wanted to help me stop annoying claim calls. But the bloke kept asking about an accident I had in the past. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

Got a call earlier today from 0333 443 9913, said they were from Direct Response. Apparently they got my contact from some motor insurance place, supposedly linked to a crash I’ve never had. I told the bloke I’m with a law firm that handles RTA injury claims and there’s no way I know anything about this. Just a heads up, be cautious if these people ring you.

I received a call earlier and honestly couldn't figure out which company was on the line. A woman was mentioning something about a car accident I supposedly had within the last couple of years. When I probed her for more details, she abruptly cut the call. I attempted to ring the number back, but BT seemed rather puzzled about it, even though it clearly appeared on my phone as the incoming number. How odd!

So, this call came from someone claiming to be from direct response, telling me I’d been in a car crash - called it "just a small bump". They even said my number showed I was involved or something. I just cracked up and told them they were daft. Then they just ended the call. Haven’t had any accidents recently, so I’m pretty sure it’s one of those scams trying to blag your info.
