Received a phone call that had the unmistakable ring of a call centre. The caller asked if I was Mr. Blah Blah, citing that name from some notes he had. Instead of confirming my identity, I decided to query him instead. He launched into a spiel about glass and some sort of national energy conservation programme. Though I am indeed residing at this address, I informed him that Mr. Blah Blah had moved on ages ago.
