I received a call from someone claiming to represent Citizens Advice, so naturally, I played along. They then started going on about an outstanding debt that required my immediate attention. I couldn’t help myself and asked, "Wait a moment, you asserted you're from Citizens Advice? The very same organisation that provides guidance?" The genuine Citizens Advice, might I add? Well, wouldn’t you know it, they promptly hung up! Made me chuckle, really!
