It called a couple of times and then just went silent-quite peculiar, if you ask me.

Received a phone call with a really thick Indian accent, purporting to be from currys.co.uk and babbling on about a whopping 40% discount on mobile devices and plans. I calmly mentioned that I wasn’t interested and promptly ended the call. Completely unexpected, and I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service, so I shouldn’t be getting these kinds of calls at all.
