I got a call from someone named Johnson saying I’d won a discount on my account. I told him I’m on pay as you go, but then he passed me onto Fabian, who said he was the manager. He kept insisting I qualified for the discount and told me to check my messages. By the time I tried, the call had already ended. Both of them spoke with very thick Indian accents.

Someone said they were from O2 customer help, but they definitely weren't from O2 at all. Total scam!
