I've noticed loads of calls from numbers that look like this are usually scams. Not saying it's definitely one, but it does seem dodgy. I personally never answer calls from numbers I don't know or weren't expecting.

I picked up and said hi, got a hi back but then there was like 10 seconds of nothing, then some guy spoke in a weird voice and said ‘hello’. I’ve saved the number under #### and blocked it now.
