When I searched the number later, it seemed to be linked with some kind of government scam. I'd advise against picking up calls like this and definitely don't share any personal details. Better to be cautious and maybe leave a warning review for others too.1 yearA woman with an Indian accent rang me claiming to be from the Government, checking if my doors and windows were up to standard. I told her everything was fine. When I asked for her full name and how she got my number, she got quite rude and impatient. Once I mentioned my husband is a police officer dealing with fraud and that she’d have to call back, she just hung up. She started off by insisting it wasn’t a scam and she wasn’t selling anything, but I’m pretty sure it was exactly that, though she didn’t get very far.
