He claimed to represent some sort of UK Power company, though I couldn't quite catch the name due to his thick accent. He was babbling on about the hikes in British Gas prices, but when we showed disinterest, he became rather put out!

I received a call from this number earlier, but they didn't bother leaving a voicemail. It appears to originate from Liverpool. When I tried ringing them back, the call cut off right after the first ring. I'm a bit dubious about it-could well be a nuisance call or even a scam of some sort.
