Someone rang up saying they were from BT, trying to help me lower my bill.

Some random firm must have snagged my number from who knows where. They start chatting about debts and all that. I told them straight up to remove me from their calls... pretty sure it’s a scam. If I needed help with debt, I’d be the one to make the call. So yeah, “don’t call me, I’ll call you” 😉

I wasn’t sure who rang me, so I tried calling back but only got a dial-up sound. Sounds like it could be a scam to me.
