Whenever I pick up the call, the person just hangs up right away without saying a word.

This bloke claimed he was an electrician and said he'd be near here next week, asking if I needed any repairs done. So I asked him for my address to see if he actually knew where I lived, and he just went quiet. Proper dodgy.
