I just didn't pick up when they rang. A while back I talked to eBay and listed all the email addresses I ever used with them. The account they wanted had nothing to do with me. So I figured that was the end of it. But no, these pests came back years later, still hassling me. Blocked them straight away - they should find real work instead of wasting time.

Been getting calls all the time about this DRS thing, something to do with debt to ebay I think? They keep mentioning a "Kate Spedding", which definitely isn’t me, so I’m guessing it’s meant for someone else. Either way, I’m just ignoring the calls and gonna report them to Apple cos I’m not the person they’re after!

We’re on the TPS list so these calls shouldn’t even be happening. They left a voicemail asking us to call back on 01513056749. Plus, they rang my mobile which got flagged as a possible scam. Like others have mentioned, they claimed I owe money to eBay. Supposedly it’s some fee for a returned item, but there was no return. The buyer cancelled the order before it was sent out, so nothing was sold and no fee should be charged. Definitely no return as the item never left my hands.

For the last three years, this particular firm has been incessantly ringing me up, seeking a Mr. Morrow. To the best of my knowledge, this chap has never set foot in my home (it's a brand-new build, and I'm the inaugural tenant), nor has he ever possessed my phone number. They seemed to have given it a rest for a couple of years, but lo and behold, they've resumed their calls again today, the 11th of August, 2020. DRS keeps bothering me about this “late payment charge” even tho I’ve already cleared my overdue eBay bills. Weird thing is their emails only ask for the fee but tell you not to get in touch with eBay, saying it's not their business. I asked for some proof of who they were before handing over any details but they said they couldn’t because of data protection rules.
