Loads of folks are saying this is some sort of DRS scam, but in my case, it was about a £15.49 overdue payment on my eBay account, so maybe these calls are legit. Still, I wouldn't advise sharing personal details on the phone. I told the caller their system was totally useless and seriously needs sorting out, there's no way I'm handing over my full address like that. The bloke on the line was quite polite, but honestly, the system seems really daft. If you get one of these calls, just check your eBay balance, sort the payment, then just end the call.
