I've been getting emails, calls and texts from this firm meant for someone called Angela Driver, not me. They've offered all sorts of products to try and keep, from Dyson stuff to Samsung gear, plus life and health insurance, and mention other services they say I've used. I've never met or heard of this Angela person. It feels like some kind of scam, either from this company or that person, who somehow ended up with my number. It's been happening for years now and I just can't seem to make it stop.

Looks like a total scam to me. They claimed I owed money on Klarna, but I double-checked everything on my Klarna account and all my payments were up to date. The weirdest part was when I clicked the link in their text, it showed a completely different person's name! If you get a message like this, don’t rush - check your accounts carefully and definitely don’t send any money.

Hi (NAME), got a call from DRS on 0151 329 3786 asking me to ring them back about a personal business issue, ref 7573###. They mentioned Klarna in an earlier message, and I do use Klarna sometimes, but my account balance is showing as zero. Big thanks to everyone who shared their experiences here, I’ll just ignore it now.

I got a text from DRA and just ignored it at first. Then they sent me a letter saying I owed £42. It seems my last payment to Wayfair didn’t go through because I had a new card. They didn’t have my right email address, and some letters got delayed because of covid. In the end, they were pretty helpful sorting it out.

Same here, at first I assumed it was just spam. Had a look on Klarna and saw I’d missed a £30 payment that’s now been passed on. Got in touch with the doctor’s office to sort the payment out.

Looked this number up and saw it was flagged as risky so I decided to call and see what’s what. Turns out it’s legit. It’s actually a debt collection firm that got my details from a company I owe money to. I was a bit miffed at first, but when I checked my contract’s T&Cs, it said they were allowed to do this. Anyway, the person I spoke to was really helpful, explained my options, and helped me set up a payment plan I could afford. They’ve assured me I won’t get any more annoying calls or texts, so I’d say this number is SAFE.

Got the exact same text just yesterday. The way it’s written is spot on with what Jayne Carter shared in March 2020. The first five digits of the number are also 0151 305. Definitely a SCAM!

The moment I got this message (like what others have said) I thought it was a dodgy spam text. Then I saw one comment here saying it was from Klarna, so I decided to check it out. Turns out it really was Klarna and I owed £6.99! I even found emails in my junk folder I hadn't noticed before. I rang the number and everything got sorted now. If you get this message, I’d seriously advise checking it out - it’s actually legit!

I’m sharing this hoping it might help someone else. I was also getting the same emails and texts as others have mentioned, and at first I ignored them cause they looked like spam. BUT then I noticed they included info about what I’d bought and where from, so I logged into my Klarna account and found out I actually missed a payment. I’d say if you’re getting messages like these, contact Klarna or log into your account to double check. Mine was genuine and DRS helped me sort the payment out, so some of these emails might be real - better to be safe and check Klarna first.

This morning I got a message saying "Dear MY FULL NAME, please ring Jayne Carter at DRS on 0151 329 3789 quoting ref 5435726 about an urgent issue. [#]my-drs[###]" but it didn’t say what the urgent matter was, so naturally I felt worried. Really thankful I found this site, big thanks to everyone who shared their experiences. I’ve got mental health problems and am quite vulnerable, so I might’ve ended up paying just from fear. Luckily my care worker showed me what to watch out for and how to spot dodgy texts and emails.

Got a call from 01513054995 asking me to speak to Jayne Carter at DRS and quote 5429948. No way I’m ringing back or emailing them - no idea what kind of scam or malware is lurking behind it. Especially with everything going on this time of year, I reckon it’s pretty risky. Loads of vulnerable folks might fall for it and end up in all sorts of mess.

Got a text like a lot of others a couple days after using Klarna. Feels like there’s been a data leak! Got a missed call and a couple of texts for some Damien Davies from a place called DRS. I've no clue who that is or what DRS even stands for. Been using this number for like 2 years. Got a voicemail too but I went ahead and blocked the number. Usually, I'd call the company to say they've got the wrong number, but not too sure if this is a scam, so I’m trying to avoid paying loads for a call.

I followed the link and saw it was some debt company but didn't phone the number. After readin the comments here, I’m gonna report the financial firm with the info and also get in touch with Ofcom. Got a text from someone called Jayne Carter using my full name, asking me to call her about something urgent. The message mentioned an account [###] and said I owed money for a Topshop order that I’d supposedly bought using KLARNA buy now pay later. I actually paid that off back in December and even have proof from KLARNA confirming it’s settled. Feels like a complete scam to me.

I rang this number after seeing all the reviews here. The lady on the phone said she was following up on debts from different companies, but then said she couldn't say anything until I answered some security questions. I refused and she ended up telling me what the debt was about anyway. It was from using Klarna on ASOS last Christmas with the Pay Later plan. I already paid it off a couple months ago and she was insisting I hadn't. Total scam.
