Got another call from what said it was BT tech support, different number this time though. Didn’t even bother speaking, just ended the call straight away. Second one like this in about an hour.

Called by someone named Adam, but it sounded more like a Mohammed to me. Quite the mix-up!

I got a call from a guy who sounded like he was Indian and said he worked for BT. He told me my phone line and internet were being hacked, which sounded dodgy. The call finished with him shouting something like "f##k off, you f##king motherf##ker." Definitely didn’t seem like a real BT worker to me.

They claimed to be from HMRC and said I was owed a refund, just asked for my bank details to sort it out.

I got a call from someone saying they were Ben Jones from BT tech support, about my internet. The bloke had an Asian accent, which was a bit odd. When I asked him some questions to check, he just dropped the call. Felt like a total scam to me.

somebody called me saying my bt internet got hacked or something but the funny thing is I dont even use bt, sounds like a scam where they want to get control of your computer or smth. be careful!!

Got a call from someone saying they were with BT, claiming there was a problem with my internet connection. Felt a bit off about it though.

I received a call purporting to be from BT regarding my internet issues. However, as I don't have any services with BT, it seemed all too suspicious. Clearly, this was one of those dodgy scam calls!
