total scam! they claimed to be from BT checking my phone line. I figured it was dodgy since I had a techie here just yesterday. got another call from someone pretending to be Amazon trying to get me to pay £79. absolute rubbish, I don’t even have an Amazon account. the number was 0151 3003 822. watch out for these tricksters!
