In essence, all I've deduced is that it’s something to do with the NHS, yet nobody seems to have any clues about who's trying to get in touch with me. It’s incredibly frustrating that such bureaucratic inefficiency prevents them from leaving a proper message on my voicemail, which is precisely what it's intended for.

I've had a rather annoying experience with this caller. They buzzed my mobile first, then attempted to reach me on my landline.
