We got a call from the same number and heard exactly what the other person described, and just like them, we never managed to get any response back.

So, I got a call from someone claiming to be connected with the fire alarms installed by the Fire Brigade. When I mentioned the batteries were dead, they said I couldn't get a free replacement battery anymore. Then, the caller from this number said they'd forward my details to another team that would send new batteries, but no one's gotten in touch since. I've tried calling back but can't get through. Feels a bit dodgy - are these people legit or some sort of scam?
