Got a call from someone claiming to be with HMRC in London. They told me my tax return was incorrect and accused me of deliberately messing it up, saying I could end up in serious trouble with the law. They went on that the police might get involved unless I paid the money straight away over the phone. Seemed pretty intimidating!
