I’ve come to the realisation that the call I received likely originated from some overseas call centre. The chap had a distinctly foreign accent and there was a cacophony of voices in the background-seemed like a hive of activity with others yapping away on the phone too. He mentioned he was reaching out to chat about my (WHICH I DO NOT HAVE) PPI claim. Quite amusing, really!

I've had loads of calls from this number, always some recorded message saying they can't connect me to an advisor. It's super frustrating. Honestly, I'm just ignoring the calls now. Does anyone know if you can actually block this number? Would be a relief!

I think the company behind this call is probably something like Claim Direct or a similar name, as they seem to be all about managing claims - like insurance or personal injury stuff.
